Michael Brustein will conduct a comprehensive training on new federal requirements recently adopted by the US Education Department and codified in the new EDGAR. Important changes have now been made to regulations covering equipment, supplies, indirect costs, time and effort certifications, procurement, travel, conflicts, conference/meal costs, risk-based monitoring and audits.

Perkins IV monitoring and audit findings, funding, Perkins V Authorization, and the impact of ACFLA/WIOA changes on Perkins which go into effect on 7/1/2016 will be discussed.
