$17,000 for extensive professional development including training for faculty to get certified as EMS Educator 1, EMS Educator 2, and national EMS educator certification. Attendance at EMS conferences and workshops. Simulator instructor(s) professional development to include SIM certification for 2 faculty. Development and implementation of preceptor courses to provide professional development for ambulance providers who will precept our Paramedic students during their third semester.
